Le Forges Hotel

Nice pool and potentially a nice hotel but..

The hotel was designed to have air conditioning but the air conditioning was not working on the hottest day of the year so far. Told repeatedly by reception it would be fixed in a few hours, other staff told us it had been broken for days but management didn't care. The buffet style evening dinner was just like an up market French motorway services. While half the staff worked hard the other half stood around talking. With the sink in our room blocked you just got the impression that the management just did not care which is a shame as it could be a good hotel

The evening buffet was fantastic a huge choice of different food all very good quality and for €35 was a bargain. Junior suite was very spacious.

The bed still had a winter duvet on and the temperature last night was in the 30’s and the room a/c max 22c ! I know it was exceptionally hot the last week in France, but the sooner the summer duvet is on the better.

L’accueil Le grand buffet dîner et petit déjeuner Le chef s’adapte aux allergies alimentaires ce qui est très important, très professionnel et très satisfaisant pour une personne très allergique comme moi de savoir qu’elle peut y manger les yeux fermés. L’espace bien être très agréable et calme Le domaine avec sa plage vue sur le lac

La période où nous avons séjourné, le lieu était assez peu fréquenté par conséquent peu d'animations ou d'activités ont été proposés

Le prix est chers par rapport à ce qui était proposé. Télé brider on peut pas regarder youtube.
