A manager úr nem tudott válaszolni a kérdésemre, hogyha később hagytam el a hotelt, akkor előbb miért az 5 eurót kell megfizetem és miért csak utána kapom vissza a 10 eurót. Nem talált ilyen jogi szabályzati leírást. Cseréb úgy itélte meg, hogy én agressz8vennviselkedem és lemondatta velem a jövőbeli foglalásomat. Kérem az ügy kivizsgálását!
