Quite good breakfasts. Views and general climate of the place.

Rooms were not cleaned each day at all despite promising that during booking and check-in. We stayed there for a total of 6 days and the rooms were not cleaned even once. For the towels I had to argue to get them changed on two occasions. Once the reception clerk gave us just the swimming pool towels that are not suitable for drying, the other night we got changed after 5 minutes argument when the clerk called his supervisor and finally went downstairs to fetch us the towel... Shouldn't be like that definitely - the hotel brags about being 3-star whereas 3-star rating means cleaning every day and changing towels every day. Also the swimming pool outside was super cold, even the promised 24'C which would already be quite cold was not met and the water temperature was around 21'C. Coming back to rooms again, they were not properly cleaned for our check-in either with some spiders webs on the walls and a lot of dirt on top of table and furniture...

Amplasarea în mijlocul naturii, deși resortul se află încă în perimetrul orașului Budapesta, cu posibilitatea de a-l accesa și cu mijloacele de transport în comun ( trebuie să mai parcurgi însă de la stația de autobuz pe jos cca 1 km, adică vreo 15-20 de minute ). Facilitățile, piscina, sauna, micul dejun, cântecul păsărilor din pădure

Ar avea nevoie de o întreținere și o curățenie mai bună, cu o mână de lucru europeană, mai atentă la detalii. Cafeaua de la micul dejun ar putea fi mai bună, în sensul că s-ar putea folosi cafea naturală în locul celei instant.

Ami nagyon tetszett az a környezet, csend, nyugalom, medence és a bőséges reggeli!

Ami nem tetszett az volt, hogy nem takarítottak 6 napon keresztül egyáltalán ez nagyon el szomorítot pedig egyéb fantasztikus volt!
