Everything. The place is a Paradise oasis in Koh Yao Noi, so peaceful and the attention to details is amazing. We could not dream of a better journey. The staff is providing an outstanding service and is so nice. We will definitely come back.

We had very high expectations when booking Six Senses Yao Noi, but our experience was deeply disappointing. We booked a Panorama Villa, which looked completely different from the one shown on the website. The layout and overall condition were not as advertised, the villas are dated, tired, and in clear need of renovation. During our stay, we had to deal with multiple issues: a leaking air conditioner, a malfunctioning toilet, and several other maintenance problems. Everything felt like it was falling apart. The breakfast was mediocre, the facilities were basic, and the entire resort was overrun with insects, to the point where we were uncomfortable even using the bathroom at night. The shower area looked more like an old institution than a luxury resort. While the location itself is beautiful, it’s nowhere near enough to justify the price point. We booked for a full week but decided to leave after just three nights. The management did offer a 50% refund for the unused nights, which we appreciated, although given the extent of the issues, a full refund would have been more appropriate. This property urgently needs a full renovation and should not be priced as a luxury experience in its current state.

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen, olor húmedo en las habitaciones, mucho desgaste, muy oscuras, las amenities muy pocas y para los niños no dieron nada especial como en otros hoteles que ya veníamos de phuket. el internet dejó de funcionar por un día. Teníamos una gran expectativa y nos llevamos una gran decepción, veníamos de hoteles 5 estrellas que si se ve la calidad en todo y el servicio. La comida deja mucho que decir, dormimos muy mal el aire acondicionado de la habitación principal llega directo a la cara lo que hace incómoda y que te enfermes a dormir. Muy pero muy caro para lo que ofrecen. No volveremos ni lo recomendamos hay hoteles donde lo que pagas realmente está representado en lo que recibes.
