Very RUDE staff !!

Horrible blood on walls and windows bedding cut up tables had standing water mold on every wall and the celing was collapsing.

Blood stains and stab holes in the bedding. Literally a piecebof a skull in the ceiling. The door was broke. The entire place is terrible.

I’m disabled and have a service dog had to walk up stairs tried changing me pet fee did not have change for deposit so I hat to pay double would not give me a receipt

Property is being upgraded. Access is limited by entry, but room was clean and well kept.

I booked this place and explained that my partner will come late, but I’ll book for 2people and he acknowledged. Then, when she showed up, front desk person refused her to check in. I had to go to front to verify it. Next day: I checked out earlier due to my job. My partner checked out and re-organizing her vehicle, front desk parson confronted my partner that she is stealing linens from room. She did not steal at all. She is middle of moving and all her stuff is inside her vehicle. Front desk pardon threaten her to extra charge from my account. He does not understand customer service at all. He treated guest same as criminals.

It was good. You get what you pay for. Bed was a little hard for my taste. But overall no complaints.
