"Loud obnoxious stoned guests on the third floor. Front desk employees were not friendly"

It was close to where we needed to be

Staff at front desk were acting as if we were a burden, an inconvenience when we checked in. Then when I asked why we didn’t get the room re reserved a MONTH A GO? I was met with “I think we are sold out” I reserved and NEEDED the a handicap accessible bathroom. Didn’t get one.

It was more than what I expected!! Full kitchen bathroom had an extra vanity. Beds were so comfortable!! We would definitely stay here again!! Breakfast was perfect for in and out. Waffles toast eggs sausage.

Kitchen supplies were limited. One small pot and one med skillet. You wouldn’t be able to make spaghetti!!

"Great staff and convenient location"

The staff was excellent and the location is perfect for shopping and spring training.

I had booked the two bedroom suite which was very spacious. However there was no window in the living room. Also one of the two elevators was broken and didn’t get repaired during the five nights we were there.
