NLIt took them 12 hours to fix the door lock, while all the time we were not able to leave the room. In the evening they said they needed to replace the battery and then they disappeared. When I rang reception the next morning their notes said the privacy lock was on, which was not the case. Very poor service
This is a great hotel thanks to the staff for excellent hospitality
USIt was a short s tee at but it he staff was welcoming and very helpful. We did not get to partake in the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. We would most definitely stay there again

Standard typical Hotel. Nothing special...breakfast was good!
The lobby, breakfast area, and iur room were clean. We were on a fast trip so unable to utilize pool and hot tub.
