Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon

Mariela and Millie were absolutely wonderful. They were both kind, attentive & genuinely caring throughout our 2 breakfast mornings. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just the right amount without being overwhelming. Their friendly attitude really made the experience more enjoyable. Great service all around!

I always come to this hotel when im in town and Mille at breakfast always makes me feel like im at home she always goes out of her way to make sure i have everything i need

Huge compliments to Chef Al. He is single handedly the best chef I’ve met in my life. Believe me when I say that as I’ve dined at a ton of places across various cities and states. He’ll come out to greet you and will customize any dish for you. Every meal I’ve had prepared by Chef Al has been a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Also, Mason is by far the best bartender at Embassy Suites Brandon. Such a friendly and polite gentleman and makes sure all of his guests are properly cared for!

Mason at the bar is the best bartender I have met since I’ve been drinking he’s a friendly chill dude and he always has a great attitude would recommend him to anyone I know.please pay this man more then he should get paid.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon, FL in early April 2026. We are lifetime Hilton Diamond members and have stayed hundreds of nights in Hilton properties all over the world. I can say, with 100% truthfulness, that this hotel is one of the friendliest, most pleasant Hilton properties I have ever stayed in. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay exceptional - they were so helpful, quick to respond to questions/requests, and so friendly. Our group had 2 catered meals which were delicious and the catering staff did a phenomenal job to meet the needs of our group. In particular, Millie helped to create a family-like atmosphere that welcomed our group to dinner each night. She made sure everyone had enough food, worked hard to refill the buffet and clear plates as needed and did her work with joy! Her hard work helped make our time there even better! In addition, the hearty breakfast each morning kept our teams fed, fueled and ready for two big days of rugby. They even opened the buffet early for us on Saturday to ensure our players had food before their games, which our parents and coaches really appreciated! I hope the return to the hotel again in the future! It was a great experience!
