"Exceptional, and if we were to return to Sorrento we’d happily stay again!"

The views were incredible, we had a corner room with two balconies and had a stunning view of Vesuvius. Easy to walk to the centre in a few minutes, lovely restaurants everywhere. The staff were lovely, and they even refresh your room twice daily (I think since there is a pool and nearby beaches so expect people may shower in the late afternoon).

Nothing we didn’t like!

The pool area, the check in staff were really friendly and the breakfast is nice!

The bed is a little firm for my back but that's all I can say. The rest of the hotel is great 😃

Location and cleanliness, pool area

Shower was in a very bad condition and breakfast was so poor, no choice of anything to eat properly, there was only big choice of sweet and cakes, which is not healthy. Coffee was worst that I ever tried, so sad in Italy I was expecting best coffee taste.
