"Čistý, voňavý hotel s kvalitnou výbavou"

Veľmi príjemne prevoňaný a čistý interiér nielen v izbe,ale aj na chodbách, veľmi dobré vybavenie - na izbe kávovar, čaje , káva,perfektné a veľmi vkusné osvetlenie interiéru, pohodlné a kvalitné matrace, na ktorých sa veľmi dobre spí a odpočíva a, ako bonus vaňa,výhľady z okna na hlavní nádraží a mesto. Pobyt v hoteli sa mi veľmi páčil a dobre som tam po náročných dňoch zrelaxoval. Hotel je blízko hlavného vlakového nádražia, takže úplne ideálna poloha.Verím,že s hotel i túto kvalitu zachová aj do budúcnosti.

Da localização - do lado da estação de trem - o que é excelente para quem viaja de trem. Da limpeza, do quarto e do processo rápido de check-in.

O único comentário negativo - mas que reconheço que o hotel está no seu direito - diz respeito à falta de flexibilidade no check out. Pedimos se podíamos sair 30 minutos mais tarde 12:30 no lugar das 12:00 e a resposta foi uma negativa sem opção do tipo "não pode mas teria como deixar a mala conosco mais cedo que nós guardamos ... ou algo parecido. Nas demais localidades sempre foi dada uma alternativa.
