Location great for train to wembley, cheap cost

Needs a clean.

The rooms are large enough and clean, Staff are friendly, area is secured with adequate parking space. It is also very close to shopping malls and cinema.

QTY. Description 0 Options for breakfast. Call this an hotel without breakfast? 0 Places to put damp towels. Apart from on the floor or the beds. 0 Armchairs. Only 1 basic chair. 0 Case stand. Had to put our case on the floor. 0 fire extinguishers. 0 carpets on floor. Only lino. 0 room service. For the second night, we would expect the cups to be washed and tea/coffee etc to be replenished. 1 emergency escape route down very steep staircase. 0 Typical hotel room basics like 'do not disturb' door knob hangers. 1 Parking space vacant on returning for second night. If we had been two minutes later returning then we would not have been able to park. Also had to pay in full on arival before we could register.

The location was good

They put a cone on my partners car which scratched the bonnet coz they thought the car was parked there without authorization but one of the guys from reception told him to park there and we were at reception every day and the other staff never asked if it was his car parked there! When we challenged them about why they needed to place a cone on the bonnet the staff member never apologized for the damage caused 😡 also our room was ridiculously hot and the light in the bathroom kept going off whilst we were showering
