Great hotel in a superb location - right on the Loch. Superb views from our room and the restaurant - even in the rain! The restaurant was excellent.

Cooked breakfast was very good, but would have liked some continental options.

Waterfront, hearing the ocean. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice breakfast and best haggis I have tasted thus far. A ways to Glencoe hiking but absolutely stunning drive.

No place to walk, a bit isolated (also the charm?).

Staff were casually dressed so hard sometimes to see who were staff and who were guests, but all extremely friendly and helpful which was great. Nice breakfast.

Menu was small and given the location on the water, had less seafood than we had hoped. Wine list was very basic. Mattress was rock hard!

Property perfectly situated in the shoreline. Both outdoor and indoor facilities making best of the views. The staff were welcoming and friendly keen to make our stay enjoyable. Ample parking,room was large and bright and bathroom spotlessly clean.

I wonder if the pool will be very busy in the peak season . For the pleasure of all the guests I would suggest the no diving sign also says no jumping in as this was unpleasant while trying to swim .

The location was excellent, staff were attentive and professional. The room was very comfortable - if you like firm beds (which I do!)

Staffing problems meant that the menu was too limited for my friend who doesn’t eat fish. Also there were small issues with my room - particularly a previous guest’s laundry behind the radiator!
