A lovely stay in an amazing location. Breakfast was exceptional. The dinner menu was fairly small (reduced as I understand it because they currently only have one chef), nonetheless the food was excellent and the service was good. The room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. I took my dog with me and the hotel is generally dog friendly, although dinner and breakfast are eaten in alternative areas to the main dining room if accompanied by a dog. Not a problem for us as we felt more relaxed. There is an also lovely outdoor veranda with spectacular views. The staff were very friendly. Special mention has to go to Scott who seems to work incredibly hard and could be found on reception, bar and even a bit of waiting on tables at times. He was very friendly and helpful and is definitely a credit to the hotel. I hope his contribution to the team is duly appreciated. Overall a very good stay.

Although very clean, a few areas of the hotel are looking a little tired. Rooms are not routinely serviced daily but they will do this if asked. They do leave trolleys on each landing with replenishment tea, coffee toilet rolls etcetera. We were fine with this but as this is not a budget hotel, some patrons may feel that a daily room service should be automatic. All in all though, a great stay and I would recommend.

De locatie aan het meer is prachtig. Het is een wat ouder hotel zoals je ze vaak tegenkomt in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, met ook de bijbehorende charme. Prima kamer, prima ontbijt (zelfs met haggis!) lekkere whirlpool met uitzicht op het meer en een zwembad en hele aardige mensen. Fijn verblijf

De gordijnen verduisteren niet, als het langer licht is in de zomer en je wilt op tijd slapen is dat onhandig. Het ontbijt is ook wat aan de late kant met 8 uur, vanwege een vroege hike hebben we het ontbijt daardoor een keer moeten missen. Rekening mee houden dus als je vroeg weg wilt gaan.

Rained while we were there so didnt get the views but was still nice to be beside the water. The room was comfy and clean and the staff were all very pleasant.

There wasn't a lot of choice on the menu but it was adequate - didnt go hungry

Great hotel in a superb location - right on the Loch. Superb views from our room and the restaurant - even in the rain! The restaurant was excellent.

Cooked breakfast was very good, but would have liked some continental options.

Waterfront, hearing the ocean. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice breakfast and best haggis I have tasted thus far. A ways to Glencoe hiking but absolutely stunning drive.

No place to walk, a bit isolated (also the charm?).
