Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel

Clean, friendly staff and excellent location.

Rooms could use a little updating as far as furniture.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice hotel lobby with live music some nights!

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was convenient for my business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I’m actually a local who chooses to come to the Renaissance for lunches over any other restaurant because of the peaceful atmosphere and incredible staff. Henry and his team always make me feel welcome and relaxed. This is truly a little hideaway with good food and great ambiance. It’s clean, the food is consistently good and the service is top tier. Thank you for giving me a little oasis in the middle of a busy work week.

Great hotel for business stay in Carmel. Henry at dining was especially helpful, kind and made my morning!

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The bartender was very busy, but apologized for our wait and thanked us for our patience. You need more than one person in the bar. That was a lot of people for one person to handle. I could tell she was stressed. She was very friendly and did an excellent job.

It was hot in our room. I even turned the thermostat down numerous times to try and trigger it to turn on and it never did. I think it was broken, but it was the middle of the night so I didn't want to call maintenance.

We’re staying at the Renaissance Carmel, Indiana, and had such a great start to our day thanks to Henry at the coffee bar. He went out of his way to get us mugs for our morning coffee and was incredibly personable and kind. His warm attitude truly made our morning and set a positive tone for the day. Excellent service!
