"I wonderful morning"

I had a long travel day the night prior and in the morning I came down to order coffee where I met Henry. He and the team were so friendly and made an effort to make me feel at home. I live in Orlando - the land of hospitality and my experience here was better than any resort I’ve stayed at down south.

"Amazing experience at the Renaissance"

Great team at the Renaissance! They were all super friendly and very professional. Henry and Carson were a pleasure in the morning making our lattes. Amazing city, great hotel and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Beautiful facility. Friendly staff. Dinner was wonderful!

Having to pay for breakfast and then being charged $18 for a very limited menu. Also....the pillows were egregious. It didn't matter how many you stacked together, they buckled in the middle. There was absolutely no head or neck support, which resulted in a poor night's sleep.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Henry, in particular, was absolutely fantastic—so kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. He made our experience even better with his positive attitude and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who makes guests feel so valued, and Henry did exactly that! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Truly an amazing experience!

"I’ll be back…"

Very clean, very quiet, employees helpful and friendly. Close parking. If I had one complaint I would have to say that the lighting in the bathroom and dressing area could’ve been brighter. A bit hard to check hair and make up. Will def stay there again.
