"Wish it was hot water durning my stay. They just kept telling me to check it again."

Thanks for the shuttle

There was no hot water for 3 days of my stay. There was a light in the room that didn’t work. I requested a room on the first floor since I have a broken foot with a cane and boot and I was placed on the 2nd floor

It was in a good area

There was mold in the shower. The remote didn’t work, I asked them to fix it but they didn’t come till the next day. Horrible customer service.
