One front desk person was rude, way they charge at the beginning was oddest I’ve ever seen and got my credit card frozen. Tool manager a lengthy time to get it fixed. Limited cleaning. Breakfast and all day coffee is only reason I’d even consider booking again.

"Nice stay but needs updates"

I liked the set up and the beds. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-fi was stable. The channels that were available were also a plus with the free Max subscription.

There were undergarments hanging on the bathroom door when we arrived. The furniture and look needs to be updated to something more modern. The carpet needs to be replaced.

I was expecting better since the Marriott name was attached to it. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet was moist and room had a bad odor. I wouldn’t dare sit on that nasty looking sofa. If I wasn’t so exhausted, I would have found a better hotel.

We were surmised when we arrived, as this hotel was not up to par with other Marriotts. The building and room had an old, musky smell. It was very unpleasant. Somewhat run down. Noticed some mold and there was a roach in our bathroom as soon as we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite not being able to get our room key to work. We had to leave the latch open when we left our room (&just prayed for the best lol).
