Cleanliness was not amazing, but bearable. Outdoor area had ants. Dishwasher was full of scraps of food. Almost every blind had some broken, coffee pod machine leaked water everywhere. Cupboard has spare mattress protectors, but no pillows or blankets. I asked for the 3 bedrooms to be set up with one king bed, and 2 sets of singles for the old children (adults). They put the 2 single beds in the room with the television and ensuite, and the king bed in one of the others. 2 Children had their own bathroom essentially. I went the reception and asked if the room would be serviced as we ran out of cleaning products for the kitchen and tea and coffee after one night. They said yes, but the cleaning service dropped towels near the door and didn’t step foot inside; well I assume, as nothing was done. 6 adults in a 3 bedroom apartment with full Kitchen for multiple nights requires more. Especially for the money we’re paying. Staff at reception however, were absolutely lovely and very helpful. With no spare blankets and being winter, we were cold overnight, it wanting to sleep with the heater on all night.

The location was perfect. Still close to Nelson bay but also close to the shopping centre. There was so much food and activities within walking distance. The serenity of the property was nice and relaxing. The restaurant offered dinner and happy hour looking over the pool which was beautiful at sunset.

Cleanliness of kitchen facilities; including plates, cutlery, cookware, appliances, cooktop. Wrap-around laguna pool is too cold to swim in during colder months. Heated spas are frequently occupied.

Great for work spacious rooms, close to shops. Staff are super friendly and helpful. everything you need while you travel for work
