Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

There’s almost nothing to complain about - except that it would be great to have a toaster in the kitchenette.

Newly renovated

Called day before because they said they had limited pet friendly rooms. Thought everything was fine. Get surprised with 40$ pet fee upon check in. Shady ass Indians. I guess I'm only upset because I'm a Chinese slumlord. Should have gone to American operated inn next door with comparable rates more amenities and 25$ pet fee stated up front. I'm never using booking.com again

Comfortable bed, big bathtub.

- There’s a dog charge that’s $40 per pet, per night. It’s not a deposit, it’s a charge. We spent $160 just for our dogs to stay with us for two nights. - When going to use the jacuzzi tub, we noticed there was mold in the stopper for the drain. Additionally, there was hair left over in the bathtub. - The parking lot is really small, and needs to be fixed. These are just the major things that I noticed, not even all of the extra little things. This hotel is definitely not worth it. I usually stay at Econolodge in town, which is around $80 per night for the king suit, compared to Heavenly Inn’s $146 a night for a king suite, and I have never experienced any mold or outrageous charges there. I figured I would try something a little more expensive and seemingly nicer since it was for my honeymoon, but I was highly disappointed.

Inn is a walkable distance to the Heavenly Village

Sheets and blankets were not clean. Bathroom was questionably clean. Weird scent coming from the heater
