My room was clean and had everything needed. A full sized refrigerator and microwave were in the room which was very nice. I really liked that the fridge was full sized, not a mini fridge.

Furniture was dated, Hotel grounds needed attention/ upkeep. The nightly rate was crazy high although all of the hotels in West Palm Beach had their rates inflated due to a Horse Show I believe. I really can’t fault Motel 6 for their rates when everyone else had inflated rates, but I don’t believe it’s ethical to hold people hostage with such high rates just because something special is happening in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was not really working. The receptionist told me that this is a common issue on laptops, because the network is not a safe one, so it disconnects every couple of minutes. He told me the only work-around was to make my laptop forget the network and connect from scratch. But then I had again the same problem and it took me about 2 hours to book my flight ticket!

The staff didn’t protect my room and persons as a they should have , my phone got stolen from me , I had items in my room go missing, it was a bad experience.
