Jídlo studené ,pokoj byl cítit po psech spíše po smečce psů atd.

Ve wellnesu byla zima byli jsme tam ,tak deset minut.

"hotel, vybavení, herny, personál - skvělý"

vynikající bufety, ale malá nabídka poledního menu, zejména pro děti - chyběly těstoviny, ryby - např. losos, vařená zelenina. ani v okolí nenabízely restaurace nic pro děti, které nekoření a nesolí.

"Very Nice Location in the Sumava Mountains. It is a "children focused" hotel nothing wrong with that"

The Sumava National Park is a great place, and the hotel is well located. We have been upgraded so our room was big and very nice. Generally, the food abundance and services are good. The hotel does everything right and tries hard.

It is a 'kids focused' hotel so if you do not like noise and confusion you are in for a surprise. The hotel does everything to cater also for adults (the spa area is even being upgraded) but it is impossible to have the best of both words. If you are travelling with kids, the entertainment program is just great with activities always going on. For that purpose, the rating would be higher

"Skvělý hotel pro rodiny s dětmi"

Skvělý hotel pro rodiny s dětmi. Vynikající služby i animační program pro děti. Skvělý bazén, vířivka a brouzdaliště. Milý personál a skvělí animátoři k dětem. Velký výběr dobrého jídla a stojí za to si připlatit za polopenzi.

Asi nic zásadního, jen bazén by mohl být otevřený už od 7.
