飯店地理位置非常好，櫃檯人員服務態度也非常棒！

洗手台下面的水管會漏水，洗手台也有裂痕，設備偏老舊，可能是需要跟櫃台人員講不過進去裡面以後沒有一次性牙刷讓我有點驚訝。

Stayed here many times. Great downtown location with everything walking distance. Awesome pub.

It was in a good location, walkable to food, sights and venues. The Swan’s Pub next door was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and the kitchenette is handy. Everything was spotless.

There is virtually no sound proofing between the walls. Normal conversations are clearly heard from the rooms on both sides. Also, we were on the 2nd floor, staying for 3 nights. Every night, there was a party on the third floor (penthouse?) that was pounding music through until 2 am. Even ear plugs didn’t help. We could also hear someone’s heels on the floor above throughout the night. It was annoying and frustrating.

Everything great! Staff at hotel were very nice and helpful! I had fish and chips at the restaurant and it was plenty enough to eat and absolutely delicious!! Price was very good too!! I’ll stay and eat at Swan’s when I visit again soon!!! Cleaning lady was also very nice!!!
