Amazing and very clean
Clean and spacious cabin in Gatlinburg. Pool table and hot tub were fun. Really neat salt water pool with fountains and changing lights. We were very happy here and could have stayed longer.
Love the cabin, loved the area, didn't love the check in process. Didnt get a check in code since we booked through travelocity so it took about 15 minutes to call and find the right person to get into our cabin, we arrived on a Saturday at 4:30, then had to wait until Monday morning to check in officially. Didn't love the fact that you get a few rolls of toilet paper and then you need to purchase your own? Thought that was strange, especially for a full weeks stay with 5 people. Not a huge deal, just something nice to know in advance. Those are small things, the cabin was great, the area was great, the pool was great! Close enough to Gatlinburg to be convenient!
This resort was unbelievably beautiful. The cabin we stayed in was extremely nice and clean.
This is one of this places you always want to come back and have a good time. Cabins are more than amazing.
We loved the cabin, however staff not so much. When we checked in, the office was closed. We checked in on a Sunday so I had to call the emergency number to get my room keys. Check out was the same way! I was told to leave my keys on top of the lock box. I really didn't feel comfortable with this, because anyone could have grabbed those and I could potentially be charged a huge fee. Other than this, we had a pleasant stay.
Stayed here for two nights. It was very clean and nice location to get away from all of the attractions. Big home, lots of space.
We had an amazing time. The cabin was very clean and very spacious. The pictures do not serve the cabin justice. We will definitely return in the future. It has everything you need. Supermarket is within ten miles and about 20 miles from downtown gatlinburg
I enjoyed my stay so much I did not want to leave. White Oak Lodge is a must stay for the Gatlinburg area. I will be there again next year!!!!!
Everything was perfect. Everything was close by, the lodge was in a quiet area we loved it.
