The Springhill Suites in Lancaster/Palmdale CA is a nice little hotel. It is conveniently located for restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. Kaylie at the front desk was an absolute gem. What a sweet gal. Very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was good. We will stay here again when passing through.

We booked the hotel very late, and it had a room available. The room was large, comfortable. The bed was large, sort of soft, but OK to me.

The room was too hot, the AC unit was a very old equipment and make a lot of noise. We should have breakfast, since we need to check out early, around 6am, we asked 4 times to different service people that if the hotel can pack breakfast for us, but nothing happened. Nobody took care of this.
