Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber, mit einem Balkon mit Sicht auf die Bucht. Die Betten sind angenehm. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz im Parkhaus ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Leider hat das Zimmer Teppichböden. Ausserdem muss man zum Duschen in die Badewanne klettern und die Brause ist fix installiert. Der Ausgang im südlichen Bereich des Hauses war für jedermann zugänglich, das ist etwas störend. Die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus ist eine Herausforderung, das Parkhaus selber ist grosszügig.

We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and the location is beautiful.

The hotel needs to be refreshed in terms of carpets and painting outside and some internal rooms. Our biggest issue was we requested toast to be well done. We stayed three nights the first morning we got the toast well done as requested. The second morning we were told the staff were very busy serving and it was not possible. The third morning we were informed that there were “rules about the toast and that there had to be rules” we were also told that there was a possibility of incineration of the toast.. I am not sure if the kitchen is run by a cook or a chef but there is a distinct difference noticeable when facilities have chefs in charge and that is finesse. We had a meal here on the first evening and I had a Japanese curry ????? Not recommended
