We were ecstatic at the amazing customer service. When the shower water was lukewarm, a staff member was able to get it hotter pretty quickly. Any request we had was met with polite delivery. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel very centrally located close to the main square and many attractions. My husband and I came with our 2 year old and had a large room with a king bed and a small separate tv section. Hotel design is amazing and charming with an open concept dining area. Why I gave a rating of 8/10 is due to the service. It’s good but for the price you pay I would expect it to be better ($350 Cad per night). For example, when I wanted toothpaste I was told they were out, however if I gave them money someone could go out and purchase for me (what???). Or during breakfast we wanted coffee and orange juice and were told we could only have one or the other. Despite being low season and the hotel not being full it was only after multiple requests did they give us a late checkout of 1pm. Overall great stay. Hotel is beautiful and location super central. Only feedback - didn’t feel customer service was up to par. Hotel mgmt felt a bit cheap with cost cutting measures.

The hotel has amazing views of the city. Privacy is also great with the room we had. The staff is best of any hotel we have ever stayed at.

This hotel has the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Great rooms and amazing views of the city. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to San Miguel.
