A reserva de duas semanas eles cobraram apenas a primeira dizendo que se eu saísse antes não Seia cobrado nada mais, fiz o checkout dia 26 de junho e disseram q estava ok, dia 30 de junho eles me cobraram 526,59 no cartão de crédito, são uns ladrões, me falaram que não cobraram mais nada, eu mandei mensagem perguntando do reembolso e não me responderam

"Roach motel "

After after check-in, we walked into our room to find roaches all over the wall and floor. The room smelled very musty and dirty.Went to sit down for a minute on the bed and discovered bedbugs on the bed. Immediately left the hotel without staying. Management refused a refund so we were stuck paying for a room that we didn’t even get to stay in because it was so disgusting.
