To much bleach in room,to over strong of a smell.😫😷😵‍💫😷to much use of bleach and not up -clean of this cleaners.Left it to smelly and strong order.Need less bleach in cleaners please,thank you

"I would not recommend or book with this establishment ever"

Absolutely nothing the customer service was horrible. Very rude and smart mouthed as if the too being disgustingly dirty and the TV not working was our fault.

The customer service, the cleanliness of the room the linens had bodily fluids on them and hair. Then when I requested new bedding after being denied a refund the replacement bedding had several stains and burn holes in them. Absolutely disgusting. Instead of giving me a refund they charged my card twice. I would never recommend this place to anyone the hotel was nasty and then the staff try to rob you on top of that.
