Due to the Ferry company changing our boat, we needed to travel one day earlier. The Resort had availability online for the same category but refused to make a gesture and showing flexibility with our booking. Having booked a none-refundable rate doesn't mean that you shouldn't show a little flexibility especially when you have remaining accommodations. Regretable approach to hospitality.

Everything was nice except the breakfast

I had high expectations for the breakfast menu considering this hotel is rated as a 4-star property or even higher. Unfortunately, the options available for vegetarians were very limited. There were no boiled eggs, the rice and vegetables lacked taste, and there were no potato dishes available either. Overall, I felt it was a waste of money as there was not much suitable food for vegetarians to enjoy.

Very clean, super helpful staff, good facilities.

On the first day of the school holidays, lots of kids( not a totally bad thing) in the foyer can't be helped.
