De mevrouw die het ontbijt verzorgde, zeer attent en hartelijk.

Het ontvangst en met name degene achter de receptie. Meneer was in conclaaf met z’n collega over het werkschema van een weekend, tijdens het inchecken. Werd gesommeerd de huisregels te ondertekenen, zonder enige uitleg wat deze inhouden. De lift locatie werd aangewezen, op welke verdieping ik mij moest begeven werd er niet bij vermeld. Bij navraag naar het ontbijt kwam enkel het antwoord dat dit niet inbegrepen was. Op eigen verzoek ontbijt bijgeboekt, met enkel een handgebaar naar het pinautomaat als signaal dat er betaald kon worden. Nog altijd druk in overleg met z’n collega. Bij mijn navraag of nu alles geregeld was en het antwoord slechts ja was, ben ik maar op zoek gegaan naar mijn kamer.
