Bathtub needed extra cleaning

Convenience to interstate. Cleanliness and friendly staff. Room was a good size and even had a positive review from the teenager with us!!!!!!

All was great

Conveniently located. The pool was nice and having a kitchenette was very convenient. The woman who checked us in was very nice, I don’t remember her name, but she was a blonde lady with an accent.

Most of the front desk staff were NOT very pleasant. The beds were uncomfortable, and one of them was not level so when you laid on it, it tilted to the side. Trying to get clean towels was a chore. apparently, it’s a big inconvenience to the staff at the front desk.

First room had ants everywhere. Second room smelled like seafood, one side of stove did not work, while the other side went out in the middle of cooking. We had to throw the food away. Pool was extremely warm. The couch was pelling. Mildew was in the curtains.

I didn't like the fact no brochures out telling you about the facility. Some staff members no professionalism. With the time I stayed no housekeeper checked to see if we needed anything or to check to see if everything was okay.

This area of Lakeland seemed very safe. Easy access to I-4 and local shopping and eating options. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend that they allow adults only swimming from 7-9 in the evening for those who do not have children. It allows for a relaxing moment after a hard day of work.

Convenient, plenty of food options nearby, Walmart near by, friendly staff, accommodating and prompt
