The staff is always friendly.the rooms are the perfect size.the kitchenette is just right for making late night snacks.its always quiet too

The card readers on the doors wont read so you have to get new cards made every 8hrs.

The breakfast was alright. We tried one of everything.I'm used to at least having waffles or mini waffles using the turn style waffle maker, though. When I arrived to get breakfast, the coffee was out. When notifying the front desk clerk about it, he was on his way to get more.

More options for breakfast would've been great.

The young woman who served us on the night of December 24th was very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The bathtub drain wasn't working; it was clogged, preventing the water from draining. We had to wait more than 30 minutes between each person's shower, otherwise, we would have had to bathe in the previous person's dirty water. There were four adults, and it was absolutely impossible to shower one after the other because the water wouldn't drain from the tub. The furniture in the room was disgusting, a pinkish, faux-leather style, ripped and worn, as if the material had aged terribly. It looked like discarded furniture and gave a very bad impression. It was repulsive to sit on it. The carpet was dirty, dark, and stained. It didn't smell bad, I must point out, but it looked awful. Everything seemed old and uninviting. We were there for only a few hours, and it was a very unpleasant experience being in that room. We informed the young woman at the reception desk that the drain wasn't working. It was approximately nine o'clock on the evening of December 24th. She very politely informed us that there was no one available to fix the bathtub drain at that time. On the morning of December 25th, there wasn't even any coffee before nine o'clock, and they offered a supposed breakfast that didn't actually exist. We requested that the coffee machines be refilled, and the reception staff, who were friendly, did so and provided fresh coffee.

Key card issues multiple times, the side doors would not let me in because of key card issues. The short white male who works at night cursed the manager ouout and I argued was he disabled.

Pretty clean and organized. Staff very friendly and helpful. Exterior is well-kept and well-lit. Room had been updated with minor clear spots where the work was not completed.

The bed was the hardest and therefore most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced. Thus a terrible night's sleep.
