No front desk staff; bugs, shower handle did not work so no showers, toilet barely flushed, loud drilling sounds during the night and domestic situation going on with screaming and on doors all hours of the night with no front desk staff to call so must call police; keys would never work

absolutely nothing! this was the worst hotel i’ve ever even walked into.

I wouldn't know. My room was cancelled, due to overbooking, at 8:40pm on the day of alleged check in and I was charged a cancellation fee. Thankfully Expedia was able to find me a room at another property.

Falta de higiene lleno de cucarachas la habitación lo comuniqué para que me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron ,el edificio está lleno de cucarachas que llamara a la gerencia para que me devolvieran el dinero y tenía que abandonara el hotel

The front access door doesn’t work half the time. Attendant just said “yeah it does that “ matter of fact. And the first floor and elevators smelled terrible. TV had zero working channels
