The Restaurant… Food was excellent and Wait staff was pleasant and very attentive… also enjoyed the atmosphere.. music, fireplace (Clea was exceptional) 😊

Air Conditioner in our room was quite loud and not efficient enough..could use updating

Breath taking views from the rooms both of the Black Hills rock formations and meandering creek area that runs behind the property. Rooms are large with nice lodge decor. Had a TV problem and they fixed it within minutes. The pricing is very reasonable for such a beautiful lodge. They were getting ready for a wedding and I thought that was a fitting spot for a large wedding venue.

I was charged twice for the room and they were unable to help with the refund since it went through by third parties. Never got it credited...but my fault and I loved the Lodge so I didn't pursue the refund.
