Great location, clean rooms, pleasant staff.

The mattresses. I could feel a coil in my back and woke up sore.

Hotel very outdated. Bathroom from the 1950's style. NO grab bars in bathroom which is mandatory in motels and hotels. I went with a bad knee issue so climbing into an old-style tub to take a shower with no grab bars available was dangerous for me.

We've stayed at Holiday Hill three or four times in the past 10 years and have a great time when we're there. Centrally located and easy to get to, the hotel offers a great base from which to explore the Cape. We love the mini golf on site - it's so well manicured and unique! The ice cream stand is a huge bonus! Staff are welcoming, the pool is clean, the rooms though a bit dated are very comfortable, and we've never had a problem. Definitely will be going back again!

This is a solid place to stay when "down Cape". It is nothing fancy but it is clean and the service at the front desk was excellent. I would hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets didn’t fit on the bed and had to ask for extra tissues and soaps. They did not replenish what we used.

Well situated near many popular Cape Cod towns. Has an entertainment options in the parking lot that are great for families.

No breakfast, expensive given the need for updating to rooms and bath facilities. Mattress was not comfortable.

Hot water could start to get cooler at times. Ceilings are thin, you can hear sounds from above you.
