"Forced to pay for a night even though they didn’t give me a room. Theives"

Booked through booking.com and turned up exhausted after a hard days work only to be told they don’t see the booking so I don’t have a room. Rude staff shrugged her shoulders and just walked off. No help, didn’t care, I was just left standing there while she went back to texting on her phone. I still got charged for the room no refund. Luckily was able to find a room last minute at another hotel.

It was ok for the price. Main Doors are hard to open. Difficult to carry your luggage up to the floor. Sidewalk too high. No type of small low ramp to pull yourself up.

Homeless people in the stairwells begging for money. Drug addicts in the stairwells. Looked like zombies .
