Location is perfect. Service (customer service) was excellent.

Breakfast was limited. No dinning space available which will force everybody pick and take your coffee and ...... to your room. I believe this will take away cleanliness of the rooms as well attracting more rodent.

The staff member at the reception desk was very friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

The kitchenette was not equipped with a coffee machine, utensils, cups or plates, etc. One needed to request those items to be picked up at the front desk Also, the advertised breakfast included was not a breakfast or partial breakfast. Just coffee, small sized snack muffins, and packages of oatmeal. No milk, just hot water and small cups (no bowls). No fresh fruit, and no other items like none sweet snacks. Maybe like bagels and cream cheese.

The water pressure while taking a shower was terrible. Water was barely coming out of the shower head

Bed bugs and odorous hallways.

The condition of the room was poor. Evidence of bugs was found in the bed.

Clean, quiet, secure. Extra pleasant staff and help when needed.

Improved outdoor space. The "picnic" area is only two tables on the parking lot!
