My grandparents and I have been living at Extended Stay Convention Center Cruise Port for the past 10 months, and it has truly felt like a second home. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we need. They treat long-term guests with so much respect and care, which we really appreciate. A very special thank you to Crystal at the front desk. She genuinely cares about her customers and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. She also decorates the lobby beautifully for the holidays, which makes the place feel warm and festive. It’s small touches like that that make such a big difference. We are very grateful for the kindness we’ve received here and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable extended stay.
