The Staff were lovely and helpful

Facilities were not available and the heated pool and hot tubs were part of the reason we booked as our son was in a 3 day Volleyball competition and needed the heat.

The surroundings of the complex were lovely as it was very leafy and the buildings looked grand with their archways.

Quite steep as its uphill. The apartment itself could do with some improvements. We'd cooked a meal in our kitchen and left some food aside for later. When we went back to it there was an army of ants swarming over the food, they seemed to come from under the hob. Underneath the sink unit we'd found some insect / bug spray which quickly put stop to the ants although the food was wasted. The bath had a few spiders and when running the cold water tap brown water seemed to leak from the join. When we told staff about the ants they didn't seem to bothered - probably already knew about the problem hence the need to keep insect spray under the apartment. Very expensive stay even though it was last minute and Easter Sunday.
