"Don’t take your family there!"

The hotel has a “spa”, with a sauna and pool area, separated from a waiting area be transparent glass. There was a naked man inside the pool area walking calmly around. I was there with my wife. There was no warning of this from the hotel. I left the spa immediately and complained to the hotel. The explanation given was that in Austria this would be normal - but we were in Italy! We left the hotel immediately. They portray themselves as a family hotel, which they are not.

"Amazing stay!"

Our stay was great. Very professional staff and great positive attitudes, apart from the spectacular premises. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Same goes for all the premises. Also, the general atmosphere of the hotel is very calming and peacuful. Breakfast was good and had gluten free options. They also provide a link to their website with recommendations of restaurants, activities and hike trails. Would recommend to anyone.

The only downside is that there is no restaurant on the premises. However there are two good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Everything is high quality .The hotel has a very profesional management and the staff is keeping everything at the highest standards.The SPA is really good.The breakfast was very reach and special thanks for providing us lactose free products . The room was very large and comfortable.

"We had a fabulous stay at a very special hotel - highly recommended"

The service and accomodation was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners and staff and we felt extremely well looked after. Facilities are pristine, tasteful and the environment luxurious. Breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing at all - we loved everything about our stay
