Property was nice and clean , room is good and very spacious and big . Villa has one pvt pool which is good enough for 2-3 persons

Location of the property is very far from the central and all the cafés of Ubud , nothing is near by but very peaceful . But old and staff is not very responsive

Location is a little bit out of the way, about 25 mins to Ubud however we rented a car and the parking was easy so no issue for us.

The room was huge, clean, bed was very comfy, air con worked a dream.

Check in staff were a bit off compared to our other experiences in Bali. They were a bit pushy about us using their services / restaurants. We had a quick bite in the restaurant and the food was poor. The communal pool wasn’t great either. Staff Kept saying to make sure we use the safe as if anything goes missing they’re not liable, if towels are soiled we will have to pay ect.. made me nervous to leave anything at all out of the safe and Asif we weren’t to trust the staff there and Asif they didn’t trust us to look after the room. The location was a bit random too. Other than the room, this isn’t a 5 star hotel

Traditional Balinese style

No water, facilities were old and the food was very overpriced and poor quality. The pool towels had human feces on them on two occasions. The location was only 10km out of the centre of Ubud but they don’t tel you it often takes over an hour to get there due to traffic conditions.

The property was beautiful and well-managed. The room was very spacious and well-designed. All facilities in the hotel were easily accessible. The housekeeping staff was polite and prompt. It is a great property for those looking to stay away from the hustle-bustle. The swimming pool is well-maintained and beautiful. Breakfast spread had all the essentials and the food was well-made. An ample supply of tropical fruits was laid out for the guests.

The reception staff was not very cooperative. Every simple request was answered with a "No" or led to an unnecessary argument. The property is located in a far-off, secluded space. While the hotel provides a shuttle service to the Ubud market, it takes at least 30 minutes to reach the market, without traffic. Ubud market usually has traffic jams which delays your journey further. Moreover, the shuttle service is only available till 5.30 pm and needs to be booked 1 hour in advance. The last shuttle back to the hotel is at 6:15 pm which is too early. Getting cabs from the market to the hotel is difficult and costly. While Bluebird cabs reach the hotel easily, getting a ride back using Grab or bluebird across Ubud is impossible.

The plunge pool is great and the giant pool it leads to. Nice big bed and bath tub. Nice and quiet and quick room service. Great food for room service, the lamb was delicious.
