FuramaXclusive Resort & Villas, Ubud

The staff was very very gentle and the food at the restaurant was excellent

We stayed 3 nights at a private villa and one day at the provate villa lagoon access. What we did not like was the limited drinking water (only 2 small bottles) and no kitchen items. I even paid for some ice when I asked the restaurant.... Oh c'mon. The villa has very light curtains so be ready to wake up very early morning, while the lagoon one had more cover and could sleep better.

The buffet breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly. The spa was excellent.

Excellent location and ambience. Felt like staying in a Bali village. Private pool with access to the large lagoon pool.

Run-down infra. Desperately needs an upgrade.

Every thing bad started the moment I arrived, very rude front desk the villa was not ready, I took tow bedroom royal villa The furniture is 30 years old, almost gone and all items are fractured, they keep the coffee outside full of insects ants and lizard in the kettle, we could bit sleep from mosquitoes the bed covers dirty and full of bugs and dead insect Smll restaurant in the morning no enough tables with a very small buffet mostly some Indian food items This is not Resort Will. Never come. Back, they don't have the balinese hospitality

Ketut the driver is amazing! The breakfast that they serve daily is amazing. They have vegetarian options that rotate daily based on international cuisine. they offer a shuttle that goes into Uber center that is very convenient. There is also security right before you enter the resort so you feel very safe. It is very easy to contact them for any needs or accommodations via WhatsApp.

Staff services are great. Location wise is slightly further out, but ok. Property condition is quite old. The photos don’t really represent the condition of the property
