"Loved our stay here and well recommended!"

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was also quick. The free shuttle to the main city was also very helpful! Even though the whole resort was wide, we were sure to have a staff around if ever we needed help of anything.

Though the place is very clean, we can see the age of the facilities. Some glasses had cracks, the tiles are discolored. It’s nothing to be worries about though, we still very much enjoyed our stay here.

"Basic, not really value for money."

Not that much to be honest.

The place was tied and the linen ever worse. The towels looked like they had been used for 10 years. Breakfast was very old fashioned and most facilities at breakfast broken and outdated. I feel this place needs some new management.

"Good but good be a lot better. "

A very nice property however a few issues: a rat/mouse in my villas. Was dealt with quickly but still an issue. Needs a bit of a make over or refurb - things are out of date. Also quite far from UBUD. Looks like a 7-10 min taxi journey but due to traffic it can be 40-50 minutes; so quite isolated.

Beautiful gardens in the middle of a rice field

The hotel is outdated and not maintained. Food is below average and would not rate the hotel 5 stars.

Great place for family stay with beautiful views The food is nice in this hotel as we have tried breakfast and menu order options. Staff are super helpful and friendly The only thing we didn’t like was that there are lots of lizards in the hotel ( outside the room ) after sunset but it’s not the hotel issue, it is due to the location on the rice fields which can be seen in any place with these views

Beautiful property. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quite place to just relax. One of the staff even went out and bought me a coconut on her way in to work.
