"Convenient to all that side of Mayo had to offer"

Really enjoyed our stay at Downhill Inn. It was for us the perfect location, as in peace, tranquillity and beautiful gardens. I like to walk and was within close proximity to the River, local Park, plus one can walk to the centre of Ballina from this hotel. Some live music at night would be very much appreciated.

"A cheap hotel but a bit run down"

Our experience was not a bad one - just that the hotel facilities are quite run down and have a shabby/dirty feeling. The wifi was also terrible.

"lovely little hotel"

"Good"

A nice family run hotel, perfect for our needs. It does look a little tired in places but given the current economic climate things can't be easy in the hospitality industry. Happy with the stay, good value, will stay again
