"Very Disappointed!"

The kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly!

We were not able to use the Swimming pool which was the main reason we chose this hotel, our bedding was never changed the whole time we were there..I had to pay an additional $75 for my pet on top of the over $700 for the stay which my receipt did not match what I actually paid.. I will definitely not choose this hotel again!

"Warm on the outside cold inside"

A warm welcome and generally pleasant but the maintenance is woeful. The first night the air conditioning would only run on maximum or off. Not repaired for night 2 after asking it be attend to. I asked again but on return for night 3 it was still the same. I didn’t fancy another night either freezing or being cooked. So I asked again. Sorry maintenance has gone home was the reply. I asked for a room change but was given an unserviced room initially. On return to reception no apology at all just another room key. Finally I got a comfortable room to sleep in. I didn’t have time to mention my disappointment on checking out nor would it really make any difference anyway. A few points compensation for poor treatment of a Marriot member would be appreciated mint you. The hotel is dated but ok. The Holiday Inn looks better. Also the dilapidated useless ironing board was reported but again nothing done. Hire a new maintenance manager for the sake of your guests is my recommendation.
