Location and price.

Toilet seat was broken. Bathtub had a big hole in the floor that was terribly patched up and covered with a rubber mat.

Didn't have a room after we showed up for our reservation so gave us a room with broken TV for no discount. Nowhere did it say NO VACANCY. Woke up to roaches crawling everywhere.....yUK!!! Now we have a personal belongings fumigation issue thanks to that stay.

Room was very clean and neat.

Outside is in need of some repairs. One of the steps was loose.

Not very clean, but compared to some places we’ve stayed in, it was passable. Expedia says that breakfast was included, and the property has breakfast hours posted, but there was absolutely NOTHING to eat or drink. Honestly dissapointing. It’s also close to the highway and the traffic is quite noisy

Clean towel and sheets.

Key didn’t work properly.

the description said that breakfast was included and it was not. i have stayed at many super 8 hotels and this one was by far the worst ever--dirty, threadbare towels, fitted sheets came off the mattress, window shade that did not block outside lights, and no soundproofing so that we heard constant truck noise from across the street all night.

Parking lot had a huge hole almost drove in it
