The cacao ceremony and the snorkeling were such a special touch. Both gave us a wonderful experience that truly helped us connect with nature and with the roots and spirit of the place.

We had such a chill and relaxing stay here! This hotel is so pretty and honestly has everything you need. Tbh, for the quality you get, the price is def worth it. Food & drinks were excellent. There isn’t a huge variety, but every single dish feels special and they’ll make it for you, exactly how you like it. The staff was super helpful and made our stay even better. Shoutout to Felipe, Arturo, Luis Pat, April, Diana, and Erick. You guys are amazing!

The hotel is set in a really beautiful, natural spot. The beach is gorgeous and very calm, perfect if you’re looking to relax and disconnect. You can tell the hotel isn’t brand new, as there are a few infrastructure details that show some age, but nothing that takes away from the experience. the staff is honestly one of the best parts, always kind, friendly, and helpful. The spa is definitely a highlight, especially if you’re looking for total peace and quiet. Between the sauna, hot pool, and yoga, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The property is quite long, so be ready to walk, but they also offer bikes and carts, which makes getting around easy. The rooms are very comfortable, with plenty of space, a large bathroom, and a generous closet. The only thing I’d change is having a bit more lighting at night.

We had the best time doing a bit of everything: riding bikes around, jumping on the buggies, snorkeling, even picking up some Spanish along the way. The food was amazing and we loved just chilling by the pool and soaking it all in. It’s a super well-rounded experience, whether you’re in the mood for fun activities or just want to unplug and relax. If peace and downtime are what you’re after, this place is a total win.

This was our very first visit to Mexico, and we couldn’t be more fascinated with this hotel. It feels very natural and secluded. We stayed in a patio room and absolutely loved the view, it felt peaceful and private. The hotel has a bit of an oldfashioned style, but everything works well and feels comfortable. We were aware of some construction going on, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much and we barely paid attention to it. The cenote is simply stunning. We were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves, just enjoying the silence and the beauty of nature.

We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a wedding, and it turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Everything felt very elegant, and the ceremony spot was stunning. The property is quite spacious, which made the whole experience feel very private and exclusive. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as good.

Room was beautiful and the restaurants were fantastic. Very great resort especially if you’re looking for a quieter and more relaxing place to stay. Staff was fantastic and friendly. The bars were also great and quick service. The pool gets great sun and overlooks the beach and wasn’t busy or loud.

This place is perfect if you’re looking to disconnect and truly relax. Having a cenote on-site makes the experience feel very special and connected to nature. The gourmet food is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, which we really appreciated. The rooms are pretty and comfortable; while they may feel a bit outdated, they actually blend well with the natural surroundings and the concept of being away from technology and city life.

All things about this solo trip was perfect. Less than hour from the airport. The resort was well kept, throughout the property. Stayed in a Cenote suite was was very roomy with an outdoor patio and plunge pool. The room overlooked the onsite cenote. The Spa experience was outstanding. I had a scrub, wrap and massage - performed ABIGAIL, which was wonderful. There are other great amenities in the location for use throughout your stay. The staff was great and attentive at every turn. Shout out to ERICK who took care of me from beginning to end. The intent of the trip was rest and relaxation and the Blue Diamond hotel delivered. What an amazing experience.

The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for disconnecting. The rooms do have a few minor issues, but nothing serious at all, nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay, resting, and truly relaxing. The cacao ceremony and the temazcal were absolutely unforgettable experiences, deeply meaningful and unlike anything else.
