Marrakech Riads, Angsana Heritage Collection

Staying in Riad Blanc of the Angsana Heritage Collection was really an amazing experience for all our senses! After a warm welcome with a tea ceremony we got to figure out which oriental scent we liked the most so our pillows would get that scent. Our room was situated in a beautiful little city palace and we had the best nights ever sleeping abroad! The breakfast is a moment of joy while having a good time sitting in the cosy patio. In the evening one can go for a real discovery of colours and taste, every plate  served is candy for the eye and delicious in many different ways. Last but not least, all the staff members are so kind and helpful. They meet all your needs and take away your sorrow so one will have the best time ever staying in Marrakech! We can only recommend this very nice and even magical Riad!

Le professionnalisme de tout le personnel que ce soit le portier, l’accueil, le personnel de chambre, au restaurant… tout le monde a été d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Toutes les petites attentions au long du séjour, l’accueil avec le thé à la menthe, le petit cadeau d’arrivée, de départ. Le restaurant cosy et très bon. Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Et l’emplacement directement accessible des souks à pied juste à côté du Palais Bahia. Bref tout vous l’avez compris. Je recommande à tous les voyageurs.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is great and the staff were extremely helpful. We were also issued with a mobile phone to assist us find our way around the souk/medina.

Grup otelıymış. Aslında fotoğrafları gördugum yer de kalmadık bir kaç tane konaklama yeri vardı farklı mesafelerde buna dikkat etmek gerekiyor. Otele varınca şaşkınlık yaşadık. Sonra bize yardımcı oldular aynı riad da 2 oda için yardımcı oldular.

Lovely quiet spot in traditional setting in Medina but well located to get to main square. Really appreciated the free mobile and made great use of Google maps! Hotel charming- very clean and elegantly decorated with little nooks to relax in. Huge bathroom and wonderfully comfortable bed. Good breakfast in lovely setting. But the best bit are the staff. They work well as a team and manage to achieve a perfect balance of attention to detail, being discreetly in the background yet making you feel part of a close family. Amazing experience

Excellent service from moment of booking. Suggestions given on sight-seeing and trips which were extremely useful and booked for us by the Hotel. Warm welcome and the beautiful architecture and furnishings of the various riads were much appreciated. Excellent restaurant serving Moroccan dishes and wine. A highlight was learning to cook a tagine, flatbreads, etc and then eating the results in the restaurant! It was a lot of fun! The riads are ideally situated close to the Bahia Palace and the souks.

We stayed in the Ambassador Suite and could not have been more pleased. Service was courteous, the dining was excellent and the spa/hammam experience was one-of-a-kind. I wold definitely book here again if I return to Marrakech.

I recommend Angsana heritage collection to anyone visiting Marrakech! It is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle of the city ensuring a rest after a busy day exploring. The service and staff made the experience ten times better, very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is the best I have ever had and kept us full almost till dinner! We will come back here if we visit again.

We have just returned from yet another other perfect Angsana Hotel. Their attention to detail is amazing the welcome tea ceremony the amazing breakfast , pillow scent and incredible styling making it an overall relaxing and exciting experience .
