Room was great and valet parking made that simple

Perfect location for getting around Old Montreal. Hotel excellent. Staff very friendly helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with great view of the port. Lots of places to visit along with restaurants and shops. Hotel staff great in suggestions on where to eat. A definite place to visit again.

Great hotel in great area. Loved the location. Only problem was the elevator broke one day and we wished we had a king bed and the room had girders which impacted the layout. Fantastic breakfast in the restaurant

Valet parking

The hotel and the surrounding areas were great. Great central location for walking and biking in old Montreal. However, rooms at the back face a beautiful walking street that is quite noisey late into the night on Friday and Saturday night (bars close at 3AM). If you are on the lower floor like us, e.g. room 205, it is difficult to sleep with very loud music coming from nearby dance club. The front of the hotel faces the river.

Staff was incredibly accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful as was our very clean room! Restaurants all around the property. The hotel had an excellent restaurant as well.

The hotel itself was wonderful, but the casual restaurant was terrible. Food not great, service terrible, including room service. Do not go for the food.

Great Experience

The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the location because there were so many shops and restaurants nearby.
