The Elevator was broken and we had to walk up the stairs with bags and a stroller and the hotel didn't nothing to accommodate us they just brushed us off

Oppholdet levde dessverre ikke opp til forventningene. Hotellet fremstår som gammelt og hadde en lite behagelig lukt. Innsjekkingen var heller ikke spesielt hyggelig, da vi ble møtt med dårlig humør fra personalet. På rommet oppdaget vi dyr – en gekko var greit nok, men en kakerlakk er helt uakseptabelt. Dette trekker helhetsinntrykket betydelig ned.

Instalaciones viejas. Cocina sin lavaplatos, sólo un lavamanos por lo que era incómodo lavar la loza. Arrendamos la suite deluxe y el primer día nos pasaron una suite pequeña, sin refrigerador. Totalmente diferente a lo que habíamos pagado. Tuvimos que reclamar, y gracias a eso nos cambiaron a una suite deluxe como aparecía en las fotos.

Vétusté, sale, chambres avec des fenêtres qui donnent sur un débarras sans aucune luminosité, lits sales, ont dort sans draps ou housses de couette, directement en contact avec une couette aux tâches douteuses , fuite d’eau dans la cuisine, aucune envie de toucher à quoi que ce soit dans ce logement
